We received our approval, no changes on income or debt. Was told that once we submitted proof of pay from one income that we didn't meet requirements. After they contacted us over and over to keep searching for a house. Do NOT use USAA for mortgage as they have stated their process is a lot more ridiculous than others. Currently looking at cancelling all accounts with USAA. USAA u do not support military families.
