So after several complaints I am finally offered assistance with a claim I tried to file years ago.  After proving I actually communicated (thank goodness for emails) I was allowed to resend all the documents.

 

Then I am told, too late - even though proving otherwise.

 

If you are Deaf, you are screwed by USAA - I am beyond angry.  None of my claims get paid, because I can't call nor send an email that anyone "acknowledges" as received.  Despite proof.

 

Like I want to find a lawyer to help me with this?  Are you kidding me????
