Home Value Monitoring not updating since January

We have two homes we monitor. One of the graphs shows a monthly variation up until the present month. The other graph stops at January. Anyone know why?




Thank you for posting in the Community. In some cases, our third party provider is unable to provide an update due to lack of market trend data available in that area. This can happen for several reasons including too few sales in the area to determine value, too many condos in the area (which causes the average sales price to not be representative of sales prices of single family homes), and homes which are valued below $100,000 or above $750,000.
