I just wanted to thank USAA and the adjuster assigned to me, Dale Ziegenfus, for the quick help of the bad water damage to my ceiling. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done, patient with my phone losing connection, and was also easily contactable when i had questions and was quick in getting my claim resolved.
