I have been a USAA member for a very long time.  Recently I contacted USAA about homeowners insurance.  I spent 10 minutes filling out the survey only to be told I would have to call.  When I called the automated system automatically routed me to rental insurance.  Then I was told USAA would need to transfer me to a special department.  I waited 20 minutes on hold and was then disconnected.  I am still trying to get a quote.  USAA management what is going on?  I expect more from such a good company.
