We were customers of USAA for many years. We had to file for Bankruptcy over 10 years ago. We have a HELOC with these people.

 

2 years ago after recent Managerial Changes, these people shut us out of their website.  Every single month for 2 years now, I have to call these clowns, take 45 minutes to pay this bill and demand some payment history because USAA belives that they have their own BK rules that only pertain to them.

 

We have zero idea what we owe, what our rate is, when our payment is due, etc.

 

I've contacted our attorney about all of this and USAA  is in the wrong but we do not have the time to file a lawsuit against them.  USAA is the worst run company I've ever experienced.  Their customer service reps are brainless.  The managers are dumber then the young customer service reps.

 

Avoid this company at ALL COSTS. DO NOT bank or borrower money from these people. 

 

Their insurnace rates are outrageously high, their mortgage rates are horrific and they do not make settlement dates when using their mortgage department.

 

I wish my Grandfather never turned me on to this absolutely worthless company.  Please do yourself a favor and do not ever use these people.
