Please tell me where to go to file a complaint with USAA. This is the second complaint with the same claim...the poor communication and lack of member service has continued but it is only with THIS home insurance claim. I intend to submit a grievance with USAA and a formal complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and State Insurance Commision. Look at the timeline and lack of responsiveness from USAA.
