I recently asked for a mortgage payoff amount. Customer service indicated that they could send the information sheet by SNAIL MAIL or FAX. Really? Many people do not have land lines or fax machines. Can't USAA send a PDF by email? If security is the issue why not put the document in my document folder on line so I could print from there?
