Buying and financing a new home is always stressful, and we were nervous due to some unusual circumstances (living/working overseas for recent years, short time at current job in US) but the whole USAA mortgage team was phenomenal to work with. They kept us updated daily about the status of the process, clearly stated what we needed to provide, accessed USAA account documents for us when possible and were friendly and positive throughout. Brittany and Tiffany were especially delightful to work with, always pleasant and helpful. We were ready to close in 2 weeks after signing our purchase contract -- weeks before the set closing date!
