USAA issues pre-approval letters for vacation home mortgages and suddenly decides to change their policy and discontinue 2nd home mortgage coverage without informing the pre-approved member of this change. Great customer service -NOT - Shame on you!! We are soooo done with USAA.πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»

I sure would like to know to whom your Mortgage Department "reached out"- it sure was not us. It's fruitless anyways - we found a great Mortgage Company and this one does not screw Military retirees over and does not claim to be "for the Military". Lesson learned!!!!!!!!
