Hello @wysel39, this is concerning to read. I've forwarded your message to the best team for review. We definitely want to have correct info and easy access to the forms you need. If you are viewing your account through usaa.com, select the circle with your initials in the top right and then select Documents. It's the second option down. Scroll down on the Documents page and you'll see the folders at the bottom, select Tax to view all available tax documents. I hope this helps a bit.
