We decided to upgrade our roof to a Class IV.  USAA will not accept the form the roofer gave us.  USAA sent me their form.  Comparing the two forms I see the only difference is USAA's form ask for my name and member number!  Really USAA.  Get back to customer service!  USAA is getting bigger, but not better.

Hello, @CharlieChaplin. We're definitely concerned to read you feel that way. With regard to the roof certification, the USAA standard roof certification form has all of the information and areas to sign which are required in order to be able to offer the roof credits. We appreciate your understanding in having the form completed. Please, let us know if you have any questions about the process or the form itself. We would be glad to help you along the way. :) ~ Steven
