I am very disappointed in the manner USAA has to handle a claim. It is nearly impossible to speak to a real person, and have a claim closed without discussion.  I have been a member for over 50 years, have paid in for those years with never a claim, now when issue they make decision on without input an there is no  recourse. I will seek other insurance, never been so disappointed with lack of service as with USAA after all these years, and there is not a complaint dept. and no recourse.  USAA , I have been loyal but you certainly are not.
