Brick wall with insurance adjuster

We had water damage in our bathroom and filed a claim. The professional restoration company has given all that was asked of them & the adjuster has still not been able to write up the claim and tell us how much is covered. Their professional opinion is that she isn’t doing a very good job & that we need to speak to our “agent” about her. I don’t know how to escalate this. Can anyone help? We filed the claim on Oct 13th about 6 weeks ago! Thanks
