Today, I got a call from a mortgage specialist who informed me on my on-going refi request. They introduced a veteran refi in october, I applied back then to take advantage of the low interest rates. To this day, I've been through the worst treatment ever being a Member of USAA. I've been with them since 1996 and through this refi for almost 4.5 months. They have sent me numerous overnight Fedex Closing information, posted the closing information on my home page for my accounts with that information. I waited hours expected a call on the last closing and still nothing. I called them and was forwarded to a voice mail that I would not get a returned call. I have asked for management to get involved but still nothing. Finally tonight, I got disapproved because of my payment to my current mortgage was not in. It wasn't in becuase I was susppose to close this month. USAA Mortgage Stafff should be fired! They have drugged me down bad. Now I am retired and they just screwed me. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MORTGAGE.

Brianna, only senior managers should address me regarding this manner. I am very frustrated and feels betrayed my USAA Mortgage and USAA as a whole.
