USAA should disassociate itself with ADT. They provide extremely poor service and terrible response time. On hold for 20 minutes to reach a live person. Their web site is lacking as well. I have a bad battery. It was replaced and three days later alarm still does not work. The web site provided several retailers to purchase a new battery. Not a one had the battery in stock. I found a Radio Shack with the battery. Why doesn't ADT list Radio Shack as a retailer?

 

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. In fact ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
