I thought this was going to actually be something useful, with graphs, hard numbers, dollars, years, etc., rather than a thinly disguised ploy to sell more insurance products.
I'm fortunate that my assets would cover any stay in long term care, but the fact that I had no insurance for that downgraded my 'score' by 8 points. As to usefulness of the 'results', I was invited to click on different links to fix my deficiencies.
I understand USAA is in the insurance selling business; it's just 20 wasted minutes I'll never get back.
