when can I order my USAA Rewards Mastercard with chip?

I travel a lot for my work after retirement from the Army. Magnetic strips are so insecure and the U.S. is so far behind Europe with replacing this outdated method of Ctedit Card creation.

USAA please help me prevent credit theft and issue chip'd cards. My Chase Marriott Visa has it already for over a year.
