"Use the credit card that has your back"

<Insert laughing/crying emoji>

Just recieved and e-mail with this subject line today to utilize one of the other credit cards I have with USAA.

Not the unlimited cashback one that just yesterday was downgraded to a paltry 1.5% cashback.

I find the timing of this e-mail hilarous.  Any credit card that didn't knock off an entire 1% has my back better than the other.  I didn't need an e-mail to tell me so.

at least USAA decided to issue a credit card. I've been a member for over 20 years, I used to have a credit card, and then in the 2000s, I had deployments and other military commitments that caused USAA to put "CHARGE OFF" on my credit report. USAA also sent me a 1099-C after it sold my account and "blacklisted" my Social Security number in 2013, which USAA claimed did not exist. Every time I submit a credit card or loan application online, I automatically receive a denial notice

Hello. We have received the post you've shared concerning the allegations that took place once your credit card was closed. I will forward your concern to the appropriate department for further review and research!
