"My Account" is down on your website AGAIN, and I cannot access any of my accounts.
It has been down all day - I log in and get the infinite spinner that never goes away.
Why are we not warned/notified when this is down?
Last time this happened, I vowed I would switch to a more reliable bank. I am doing my research into switching now.
This is ridiculous

I would like to try and troubleshoot this with you.
When you bring up our site, before logging in, do you use a Search or a saved link, such as a Bookmark/Favorite/Shortcut?
