Within the statement told me I wasn't able to use this service . Since I have been a member of usaa for 11 years . Discharged from the Marines and medically Disabled . This is an ongoing thing with them . In the last six years have had exceptionally more trouble with them . 1 not taking people off of my policy who does not live with me . 2 not giving discounts for bumping up security for your home due to the up coming crime rate that the city does not report and the breakins . 3 dropping my policy even after listening to the Law Enforcement officer . With a organization who others strive to be . Rather put my money in my mattress .
