Typically, the three big credit bureaus are the place to get your free annual credit report AND, for a fee, your current credit score(s).
That said, many credit card issuers also make "a" score (there are different versions) and credit information available within your account, free of charge. If you have a card with USAA, there should be a link to a FICO score there in the margin of the webpage.
