if you think Usaa is bad, try Walmart card. I've never seen such a bunch of crooks in my life . all of the negative stories I've heard about USAA could have been the customer. the problems I had with Walmart card was blatant criminal activity on their part. if it weren't true I couldn't say it. and Walmart card left no pads
