Just posted that I would like a debit card. A little while later I get a message saying the PIN number on my debit card was changed.
I don't have a debit card.
Is this USAA'S way of saying one is one the way?

Old31Kilo, I apologize for the confusion. A debit card is on the way and the new PIN will need to be customized when you receive the new card. - Tricia
