Worst service I have ever had. Undertone of the rep was mind numbing. The ability to not provide customer service was obvious. Loved the thought of being with a company that represented military members, instead its a company of deciete and lack of customer service.

Worst service cmon!! It's a customer service representative not servant. People need to pipe XXX X down!! If you got your transaction done properly don't complain.
