Where is the "TOOLS" folder...not accessed by mobile or computer

I cannot pay the non-USAA bills which have been handled through Tools/Pay Bills for many years.

Bill Gates approach not working: Trow out the new software andthen fix defects in Production.

 

To ERR is Human, 

But to really bugger things up takes a computer.

 

USAA should not deped on members/subscribers to help each other.

As a 53 year+ member, I am about 48hours away from pulling all my USAA insurance and accounts.

Also, once inside the selected account, this is what I see.  No where near what the old acreen was, but the transfer and bill pay links are prominent in the upper right corner:

There are currently no known issues. We recommend that you clear out your web browser's cache/cookies, close and then re-open the browser. After holding on phone  for several hours, I learned where Tools-Bill Pay went:

 

It used-ta-could be 1 click, but now 4 clicks to find where USAA Chief Information Officer buried it Pay Bill list:

>Click on "Products"

   > then scroll down to Banking

     > scroll down to Pay Bills

       > scroll down to Manage My Bills to see former list of accounts you listed as payees

 

Fire the CEO and CIO for degrading USAA...not even the courtesy of sending Members a list of commonly usd features and where they are now buried.

I was just in my account a few  minutes ago after getting the notice of the change.  This is what I see using a PC:

I wanted to add- you can also:

1.  Add a "tile" to your My Accounts Page with Pay Bills and Transfer Funds 
2. Search Bill Pay

Bri, that's the old acreen I used to have until several months ago when it changed to what I posted above.  This is a wider view:

So, now, I'm not sure which page is the new or the old, but you may not be seeing that same screens that everybody is complaining about.  You talk about tiles, but there are no tiles in the view I see.  They disappeared months ago.

UPDATE with New Screen Shots:

 

  1. Log on to usaa.com
  2. Click “Products” in top navigation
  3. Select Banking
  4. Another drop-down menu will display where you can find Pay BillsHow to Find Pay Bills New Design.jpg
  5. You may also see the Pay Bill icon next to your Banking information:

6. The last option is to search “Bill Pay” using the search button in the top navigation

Also @Inquiring_Inquisitor added a screen shot in the thread above of what is looks likes in the specific account page.
