What's the point of mobile security or knowing that my accounts been logged in on a mobile device BUT NOT WHICH ONE when fraudulent checks get deposited? What Good does having my signature on file so me when it's no help being obviously not the signature of fraudulent deposited check??? What investigation concludes that having been used should pay a random $200 that I know nothing about? If my card is set to decline not overdraft, that's what I expect it to do, I shouldn't have been able to overdraft a mysterious $200 if fraudulent deposits were actually verified and denied!!!! I'm so let down by usaa, rubbish system, rubbish care.
