I have never had such terrible banking service in my life. How hard is it to leave money where it is deposited. Every time I log in the app there’s a change in my money that I DID NOT MAKE. Terrible reps. Even worse “Managers”. They make a mistake and then I have to wait for a check and their mail service is SLOW. Never ever banking with these people again they even make you wait 24 hours just to close an account. Don’t worry. I’ll never trust usaa with my money again.
