Victory Capital switch has not been to USAA's advantage

This is my second commentary on the Victory Capital switch.  The first was early on, and so thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.  Nothing has changed.  Called customer service about an issue with not getting confirmation transactions for one of my funds.  Was on hold for 10-20 minutes, the representative said he'd look into the problem.  He never got back to me.  Sure enough, no confirmation for the reinvested dividends this month.  Called again.  Wait time 5 minutes this time.  Representative was very good and did get back to me within 15-20 minutes.  It turns out that for that particular fund, monthly confirmations are not sent out, but for other funds they are.  I wouldn't care at all about receiving these if their system could communicate with and download the information to Quicken, which I had done for years when the accounts were managed by USAA.  I was told last Spring that that capability would be available by September 2020.  So far, nothing, so I must rely on the snail mail statements to keep track of my investments with them.  I don't intend to add any more into these accounts and will be slowly transitioning them to other organizations with better overall service and performance.

Victory Capital took weeks to send my husband's RMD.  Their website won't let you download many forms, so forget about sending POAs any way but in the mail.  You can find your dividend info on their site once you learn where it is.

Many of us are unable to download our USAA accounts to Quicken since USAA's latest upgrade a few weeks ago, so I would not be concerned about that.  It has been very frustrating

Extreme frustration with Victory Capital. Sat on hold for 47 minutes to get no answers as to why I cannot access my 1099DIVs.

Very disappointed in USAA for partnering with such incompetence.
