Has anyone besides me had a problem with the customer service at Victory Capital?  I tried to sell a mutual fund this afternoon and had to do through a telephone rep.  We started at 3:41 and after getting all the info, trying to talk me into keeping the money in a Victory Capital fund and getting "higher authorization" due to the size of the sale, she came back on to confirm the transaction closing tonight at close of market, then talking too long (the noticing it was 4:00:15) and telling me it couldn't close until tomorrow close of market.  I am waiting to see how Victory Capital management will respond to my complaint (although USAA Brokerage services will have to pass it on since there is no direct way to file a written complaint with VC). Unfortunately my funds are in legacy USAA mutual funds so I can't transfer them to another investment company or they would be gone tomorrow.  Their level of incompetence is breathtaking.
