How long does it take to actually get the person you need to talk to? I've been trying for 2 1/2 hours to get my pre-qual letter updated! Every time I go through the automation process and then get transferred from one person to another to another to another and then put on hold and then disconnected! How many times dome have to do this? The last phone call I wanted corporates number but the person fumbled around and put me on hold yet again. Very unfortunate as I've been with USAA for at least 20 years and when you finally need service they can't provide.
