I was told by 3 USAA Customer Service Reps. that USAA policy before allowing you SR-22 insurance is that you must pay them the full amount in one lump sum. Yet when asked to veiw the policy on USAA website on-line i was told that it is not available online that it is told to you verbally only when necessary. Is'nt this with holding information from your members? and disrespectful towards the working class and members. Why is this information is not given on the website? is it self serving to with hold knowledge from members concerning matters when they pay their hard earned money them respectfully, why should'nt we get the same respect?. I intend to contact the USAA Director concerning this matter. I also printed out the USAA policy concerning their business products and member treatment concerning conflict.
