USAA is a horrible bank. I was a minor when I got an account and have kept them for a long time. When I make a mistake in trusting the wrong people, they hold me accountable and mess with me and my family without regard to the fact that I was a minor when I got the account. I have had the most horrible time contacting someone that will actually help me with the exception of a few that try. USAA does not care about its members and will wrong you the first chance they get. Look elsewhere.
