So you have my money but won't give me any credit for it. Guaranteed have my money. There's no check to bounce and this money won't be returned to Achieve. So why is there still a hold?
Thanks for getting me in the right place, Stacy. Achieve has now verified both the electronic funds payment and that you HAVE THE MONEY. Aren't holds to prevent fraud? I can now verify there is no fraud and YOU HAVE THE MONEY. They're also sending email confirmation of everything. So now about removing that hold to stop fraud.
