So, how do I go about verifying my PIN without locking out my account?
Step 1: Log into USAA mobile
Step 2: Go to your checking account and select "Menu"
Step 3: Select "Change ATM and Debit Card Pin"
Step 4: Change pin

So, I was able to get to this screen on my iPad, however, when I click on the drop down and then click on, "Change ATM and Debit Card PIN", nothing happens. It DOES NOT open up into a new screen allowing me to change my PIN...I need to get some cash out of my account ASAP! Thank you.
You can also change your pin on usaa.com or by calling us at 1-800-531-8722
Step 2 Log into usaa.com
step 2 Click on checking account, scroll to the bottom of the page
Step 3: select "Create or change ATM Debit Card Pin"
I recommend you contact website customer support about the issues you are having with the change pin page on your ipad
