I seen some decent progress with the USAA mobile app, but the Dot Com presence is horrendous. The functionality and capabilities are not up to par with the industry (within Banking or Insurance). Going on to Dot Com is like opening up a glorified Word Document or an Internet page from the early 90's. Please work on this and update the Dot Com presence because it really lacks.
