I have been on phone all day trying to figure out why my AMEX was declined while setting up an appointment. There are no issues with card. The 1st time I called spoke to 3 different Representatives thought issue was resolved. This took an hour told resolved have vendor resubmit for payment. Called vendor had them resubmit...it was declined again! I called back...the Representative said let me check...I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable.


@THOR123, I am sorry to see that you are having such a time with such a simple request. While we can not review your account in this channel, we can be sure to send your feedback about your experience to the appropriate area. In general when a card is declined it is coded with the reason that is transmitted by the processor. I am hopeful that the agent will advise you of that reason so you can move forward.
