I was a victim of fraud and your department debited my checking nearly 200.00 in a the largest national emergency this country has ever seen adding to my burdens inhumanely. Along with way my accident was handled in 2018.. This insult on top of injury and pure negligence is unforgivable after 20's membership.

I was a victim of fraud and USAA debited my checking nearly $200.00 in the largest national emergency this country has ever seen adding to my burdens inhumanely. Now with this and after how badly my accident was handled in 2018 this is insult to injury and negligence has me after 20 years of membership looking to move my interests elsewhere.  My trust in them has been shattered beyond repair.

@ Chelle77,

Thank you for over 20 years of membership.  However, it’s disheartening to hear about your recent experience with us, and please know that we do not want to lose you as a member.  I’d like to have your concerns reviewed further regarding both your checking account and your claim.  I’ve escalated your situation to a subject matter expert who will be reaching out to you to address your concerns.  Please allow 2-3 business days for contact.   Thanks~Mike
