Third party vendors handling USAA bank accounts

USAA blocked all our bank accounts because they needed a signature card on one of our accounts.  There was no warning, no phone calls to advise of such.  We have spoken to several agents in recent days regarding our accounts and no one has ever mentioned anything to us.  So here we sit with no access to our accounts due to the poor service and handling of our accounts by USAA.  We uploaded the information they requested and was told by a third party vendor that it could take up to 3 business days for this to be rectified.   Worst bank ever!  After over 20 yrs of membership, we will be switching banks.   Disgusted member
