USAA has gone to absolute sh** in the last few years, and once I run out of checks, I’m done using this joke of a bank. Every month I have a new issue with them that they are not terribly interested in resolving. The latest- apparently they limit the amount of times you can use your account. When you talk to chat, they lie and tell you yes, we can fix it! Just call in! You call in, they tell you NOPE. I’m over the terrible service in this bank- I’m going back to Chase.
