I am concerned with the system updates recently at USAA. I routinely used my mobil account to access balances, or make a deposit, however the new system has no way to allow my 4.1 phone program, which is only 1 1/2 years old, to log on. I am sure many other members have experienced this same issue. I do not want to have to buy another $300-400 phone to access my account. Are there any other options available?
