Subscriber dividend

After several calls and chats, still no subscriber dividend into my USAA account after being told it was issued last week. Please consider this a complaint and forward to someone who cares about members. After repeated poor customer service issues in 2021, I’m now forced to consider moving elsewhere for banking and insurance after 30 years. But does USAA even care? What on earth has happened to this company?

@Sean C, I can certainly understand your concerns. Dividends will continue posting through the week. We have been experiencing longer than normal processing times, which has caused a delay. Please be on the lookout to post to your account soon. Thank you. -Cynthia

Incredibly terrible response/action from USAA on the SSA dividends this year.  The social media responses on this forum are useless!
