The latest modifications are unbelievably horrible ! Who ever is trying to destroy this company is doing a very good job ! USAA used to be so convenient, all of my banking needs on one site. Then, they outsourced the mortgages to a company plagued with complaints and violations that doesn’t even use the same processing system so it takes a week or more to process payments, then they outsourced the investments, now the new format/app is incredibly inconvenient, nonsensical garbage.
