I'm a 30+ year member who is very unhappy with the level of customer service from USAA. It used to be that you got someone who had been well trained in Customer Service. Today, I was trying to explain something to a representative and she kept interrupting me to tell me I was wrong. I made an innocent clerical mistake -- had plenty of money in my accounts to cover a transfer, but just transferred from the wrong account. She treated me like I was trying to game the system. Very, very unhappy. Thinking of switching to another bank.
