Why can’t I send to my linked account

I am happy to help with that. In order to transfer funds to a non-USAA account, first, we need to add the transfer account:

  1. Select +Products at the top of the page.
  2. Under the Products menu, select Banking.
  3. Then select Manage Payment & Transfer Accounts.
  4. Select Add an Account from the right hand menu.
  5. On the next page you'll see instructions prompting you to verify the account. The account must be verified before it can be used. This can take up to 3 business days to complete.

After this is completed, you will be able to transfer funds. - Jesse
