still cannot merge my Schwab investment accounts with USAA since April .each time I call they say a fix is coming.

@harry07, this is troubling to read as we have received communication that the last of the updates have been completed and this issue is resolved. You should be able to now add Schwab back to your account view. I regret that this is an ongoing issue. I would need to refer you to the Web Support team once again for troubleshooting. You're a valued member and we very much want to put this issue to rest. I will post the phone number to contact Web Support and regret that this is still a pain point for you. Seriously, USAA---All "members" have been told FOR MONTHS---that the intergration of third party accounts---will be fixed--fixed--fixed--soon--soon --soon. Is this just joke or an outright intention to mislead "members"? Treating customers with such disrespect is beyond belief.
