OTC ON NASDAQ

Why does a NASDAQ stock that I try to purchase show up as OTC on USAA when I try to buy it? For example, EAC

The difference is this-USAA invests your money in the stock market and will average 12% on their investment (your money) then graciously pay you 1-4% for the USAA "units" the sell you at the % they choose to pay you. Basic business model.
Educate yourself by reading "Total Money Makeover" by Davey Ramsey (free at a local library). His principles will lead you to financial freedom.
