Marketing Survey??

The latest reason why I am looking for USAA alternatives in the marketing survey that if I don't complete, my account access will be suspended.  I don't know what Zelle (sp) is, and don't care too.  When I call I don't want to know about translations services, what I can do online and in general waste my time.
