Lifetime fan of USAA is now disappointed

USAA used to have the best online banking available. They keep removing features and now it really is subpar now. My latest disappointment is the removal of almost all the frequency setting in the bill pay feature. Now you have 4 options. Weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months. Gone are every three months, every 6 months, and annually. I guess the designers can only count to 2. 3 is just too challenging. And 6 or 12 is out of the question. Im not sure i want to trust my money to a company that can only count to 2. I’ve been a member for over 40 years and a user of the app since it was first introduced. But now I'm giving wells fargo a close look. At least for my checking and bill pay. So sad.
