Incompent web site and deposits issues

Tried to transfer $10,000 to checking. Said my limit was $900 although a 15, 050 retirement check was transferred in on Dec 1. My limit was raised from $15,000 to $20,000 a few years ago. I get my annual retirement funds in December and still have more checks to come in. Called USAA and talked to someone who seemed to know nothing. I was to be transferred to someone upstairs but as usual with these people was disconnected and they never called back. USAA has become a horrible, incompetent company that does not care. An insult to veterans.
